Job Description

Our esteemed human resources company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Investigation Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investigations pertaining to workplace issues such as harassment and discrimination. This role involves working closely with leaders across our client organizations to conduct interviews, analyze facts, and ultimately deliver recommendations for appropriate action. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, who can work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to provide optimal solutions.Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations of alleged workplace violations, including sexual harassment and discrimination claims
  • Work with HR reps to report progress, resolutions, and next steps for investigations
  • Facilitate interviews with relevant parties to gather information and insights
  • Review pertinent documents and information related to the case
  • Make recommendations for next steps and communicate with relevant parties
  • Prepare reports to document the investigation process and outcomes
  • Oversee case closure and monitor outcomes of any recommended actions
