Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd. (PMMS) is seeking a talented Business Development & Planning Analyst. The incumbent will be seconded to an independent marketing agency or business partner entity, engaged by PMMS and/or any of its affiliates in KSA. BD&P Analyst is a pivotal role for KSA whereby the individual will be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all local as well as regional reporting. The individual will act as a data custodian for KSA and will maintain a flow of communication across all regional leads to ensure generating actionable market insights for the management team decision making. Your day to day Consistent reporting of market share and volume growth in accordance with PMI guidelines. In particular, contribute and execute the following activities: volume sales forecasts and planning, market volume forecasts, share development projections, monitoring and reporting on market developments, environmental changes, and competitive intelligence, and additional ad hoc requests to facilitate market and regional decision making. Leverage industry & marketplace trends by collecting and appraising business data and market information to ensure that analysis and proposals are accurate in their content. Initiate and prepare market, economic and other analyses on critical issues to provide Manager Planning with key parameters and recommendations in an accurate and timely manner within which business issues can be resolved. Support and/or conduct various business sensitivity studies and analyses on market impact, industry profitability, consequent PM impact (e.g. segment share, market share) of various changes in business conditions (e.g. price changes, tax changes, legislation changes, etc.) to enable Management to make informed, predictive and intuitive business decisions which preserve the integrity of the business even in rapidly changing business conditions. Support Finance, CA, Marketing, and Sales departments for various requests/projects to ensure business continuity and process compliance. Co-operate with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure proactive reporting and insights generation. Maintain a thorough understanding of the macroeconomic business scenarios and implement new strategies to maintain market leadership. Work closely with Manager Planning on plans, reports, and programs that may help maintain and push up market leadership. Who were looking for College / university degree. MBA would be an asset Minimum 2-3 years of finance or business development experience Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Strong analytical view Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
