To expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Managers to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah & Damam.Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Managers specializing in wholesale of timber to drive growth and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the timber industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the woods (timber) sector.-Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in Saudi Arabia.-Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction and woodworking industries.-Lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.-Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and product offerings based on market demands.-Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.-Stay updated on regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry certifications related to timber products.Qualifications:-Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Forestry, or related field.-Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the woods (timber) industry globally.-Strong understanding of timber products, market dynamics, and customer needs.-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.-Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.-Saudi nationals or candidates with valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia preferred.
