Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a subsidiary of a leading supplier of video surveillance products and thermal imaging solutions. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key end users in the 2G sector. This role requires extensive knowledge of thermal scopes, monoculars, and binoculars.<br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /> - Drive the development of the 2G market by fostering collaboration and facilitating significant batch purchases in a mutually beneficial manner.<br />- Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.<br />- Identify potential business prospects and areas for expansion.<br />- Understand the pain points of end users and provide the necessary support to address their needs.<br />- Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, effectively highlighting the value of our solutions.<br />- Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to support marketing activities.<br />- Work closely with regional sales team members to ensure effective coordination.<br />- Engage in lobbying efforts within associations and interest groups to promote our products.<br />- Assist consultants in developing project specifications.<br />- Prepare comprehensive reports as required by management.<br /><br />Requirements- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.<br />- Previous experience in the 2G business sector.<br />- Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and responsibility.<br />- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.<br />- Extensive network and resources within the governmental sector.<br />- Proficient in Outlook and other productivity tools.<br />- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.<br />- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.<br /><br />Benefits<br />- Competitive salary and attractive benefits package.<br /><br />
