Participating in the development of the Business Development functions work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, project and programs, monitoring work flow and developing work methods and procedures (bid preparation, proposal preparation, contract establishment.. etc)2. Managing market research and intelligence as well as Business Development activities that lead to the exploration of business opportunities and generation of leads as well as enhances NOVIAsats service offering.3. Overseeing all negotiations and discussions with contractual parties; ensuring the most effective and possible win-win contracts are reached.4. Managing bidding activities as well as ensuring on-time submission of completed bids to prospective or existing customers.6. Managing the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations to prospects and clients; ensuring their alignment with the functions policies and standards.7. Monitoring sales transactions and activities; coordinating with the concerned functions to ensure the fulfillment of sales orders promptly.8. Developing sales and marketing strategies and ensuring their alignment with NOVIAsat overall strategic objectives.9. Developing pricing strategies and managing pricing activities based on accurate costing and suitable profit markup.10. Managing and enhancing the companys relationships with major clients in a manner that achieves the utmost benefit for NOVIAsat.11. Managing the Market Research process, particularly for new technologies and products that enhance the achievement of NOVIAsats growth.12. Initiating the process of Product Development through anticipating customer needs and transforming them into products.
