Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of a recruitment and employee placement agency. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and enhancing the agencys market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agencys client base.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment sector.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the agencys services.
  5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with candidate placements.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
  7. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  8. Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the agency.
  9. Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to management.
  10. Implement marketing strategies to enhance the agencys visibility and attract new clients.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  10. knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
