  • Marketing & Business Development of recruitment services.?
  • Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing ones.?Coordination with the entire GCC, Asia and Africa region.
  • Account management (Internal & externa)
  • Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing reports.
  • Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; social media, newsletters etc.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing forecasts
  • Must have the knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS office.
  • Travelling to international / local locations as per business needs.
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new service information, relaying customer services requests.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in recruitment services fairs and exhibitions.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
