This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a keen interest in real estate, construction, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Support
  • Coordinate meetings, client interactions, and business development activities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and reports.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Support in managing relationships with partners, investors, developers, and operators.
Administrative & Executive Support
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.
  • Ensure efficient communication between leadership, teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling business-sensitive information.
Marketing & Branding Support
  • Assist marketing team to enhance brand visibility for Metrix and Trispec.
  • Coordinate content creation for social media, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Support in organizing industry events, networking opportunities, and corporate presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Project Coordination
  • Track and follow up on Business development opportunities (timelines, deliverables, and key milestones).
  • Maintain documentation, contacts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for real estate developments.
