Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for audio visual products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure their loyalty and commitment to the companys products and solutions.
Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the companys reach in the audio visual market.
Train and enable channel partners to effectively sell the companys audio visual products and solutions.
Collaborate with the companys marketing team to develop and execute channel-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to adjust the channel sales strategy and tactics accordingly.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Negotiate and close channel partner agreements and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
