Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Contracts Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a background in contract law and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. As a Business Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts to optimize our commercial relationships and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to guide contract terms and conditions and support the HR team in meeting their objectives.Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts including but not limited to employment agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain contract management processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct contract audits and monitor contract performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure effective contract management.
