1.Performing visits to potential clients and introducing existingand new company?s solutions, services, and products pertaining to BusinessManpowerSolutions, as well as educating clients on the potentialbenefits of acquiring offered solutions financially, operationally, andtechnically.2.Achieving the assigned sales targets through maintainingrelationships with existing clients as well as establishing relationships withpotential clients andgrowing personal networks within the region to expand customerreach.Attending to the needs and requirements of existing clientsthrough managing new requests and renewals and handling the respectivenegotiations.4.Maintaining thorough and updated knowledge in existing and newsolutions, products, and services and utilizing such knowledge to delivereffective salespitch catering to the different needs of potential clients.5. Attending conferences and/or training events and maintainingcontinuous improvement and self-development to enhance sales techniques.9.Monitoring the company?s industry competitors, new products, andmarket conditions to understand the customers specific needs with the aim ofperforming a successful sale.10.Keeping abreast of historical sales data and trends such asrepeat of purchase and seasonality in order to utilize such to knowledge toimprove the salesperformance.11. Performing any other duties related to the job as assignedby the direct supervisor.
