Duties and responsibilities:1. Business analysis of services and new requests2. Evaluating existing businesses, forecasting needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing and implementing solutions3. Preparing and reviewing business analysis documents necessary for technical development4. Analyzing problems and redesigning existing services based on observations made by the operational and technical support teams.5. Studying and analyzing change requests and preparing the necessary requests for them6. Conduct a needs analysis7. Ensure that solutions, demands and expectations of stakeholders are met8. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project management9. Conducting user acceptance tests10. Searching for innovative solutions and taking advantage of new technologies by matching them with existing projects11. Conduct gap analysis of system functionality and target requirements.12. Collaborate with the proper groups.13. Identify initial Business Case requirements & other pre-project activities.14. Prepare and/or review end-user documentation and training materials and other technical writing issues.
