This role is for an experienced and driven Brand Manager in the pharmaceuticals industry who will work with a renowned organization within pharmaceuticals and medical devices, in aesthetics primarily. This position is based in Riyadh and will focus on managing marketing strategies for high-quality products, driving brand positioning, and strengthening market share.Client DetailsOur client is a respected leader in the life sciences sector, offering innovative pharmaceutical and medical device solutions to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.DescriptionDevelop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market positioning in the aesthetics segment.Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to align on product strategies and promotional initiatives.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adapt and optimize brand strategies.Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, focusing on brand awareness and product engagement.Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and industry stakeholders to support brand advocacy and education.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all marketing and promotional activities.Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for junior team members once reporting lines are established.ProfileProven experience in brand management within the pharmaceuticals or medical devices sector, ideally in aesthetics or related fields.Strategic mindset with a track record of successful brand growth and market expansion.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market insights to make informed brand decisions.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and build external partnerships.Job OfferMonthly salary of SAR 36,000 - 40,000 + benefits
