We are a German multinational company working in the FMCG industry seeking a Branch Accountant to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be based in Riyadh and will cover both Riyadh and Dammam branches.1. Receive sales and returns invoices after delivery then classify, file, review, close them and follow up with logistics coordinator on open invoices2. Receive & record receivables3. Monitor petty cash spending, cross check all supporting documents according to the internal company policy and send an official report to finance manage4. Review customers? accounts along with debt aging, discuss any delays with sales force and report issues5. Support on achieving minimum 90% of the monthly collection target6. Record customers? contracts, link them to invoices and double check deductions (per contracts)7. Conduct periodic reconciliation with customers every 3 months8. Print account statements and hand it over to sales force9. Be part of the periodic inventory10. Send a monthly report on any issues and recommendations for the branch11. Send weekly reports (e.g. invoices which were not delivered to accountant after aligning with logistics coordinator and branch manager)12. Send a period study on petty cash (every 25th of the month) and send an analysis to finance manager on spending trends13. Travel to Dammam branch (monthly)
