Job Description

Our ClientA European Management Consultancy.On their behalf we are looking to hire 5x BPM Consultants to support the delivery of a post-merger integration project in Saudi Arabia.**6 MONTH EXTENDABLE CONTRACT BASIS.Your Responsibilities

  • Model, maintain, document, automate, and optimize company?s business processes and SLAs through interacting with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage business excellence processes and systems that result in operational efficiency and effectiveness through effective quality management practices.
  • Manage the development and enhancement of the process engineering methodology and standards including operating guide, templates, tools, etc. in line with leading practices. And propose efficiency improvement projects, as required.
  • Establish service level agreements with relevant stakeholders as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Analyse process measurements, provide recommendations and follow-up on effective implementation.
Your Qualifications/Experience
  • Relevant Certifications in Business Process Management. (e.g. CBPP, CBPL)
  • Business Related Degree
  • Experience using ARIS tool.
  • BPM Documentation
  • Business Process Optimization.
