The role requires designing and implementing comprehensive training plans, fostering personal growth, and ensuring the highest safety and professional standards. The candidate must also have theability to work with children providing tailored programs that inspire confidence, fitness, and skill development.Key Responsibilities:?Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective boxing training sessions, covering fundamentals, advanced techniques, and conditioning exercises.?Custom Programs: Develop personalized training plans for individuals and groups, including programs for children and adults with special needs.?Skill Development: Teach proper boxing techniques, footwork, and defensive and offensive strategies while emphasizing injury prevention.?Fitness Integration: Incorporate fitness elements such as cardio, strength training, and endurance drills into sessions.?Progress Monitoring: Assess the progress of students regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.?Safety and Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean training environment and maintain gym equipment in excellent condition.?Professional Growth: Stay updated on the latest boxing techniques, fitness trends, and coaching methodologies.?Team Collaboration: Work closely with other coaches and staff to enhance training programs and ensure an inclusive learning environment.Qualifications:?Proven experience as a boxing coach or professional boxer with a strong track record.?Relevant certifications in fitness training or boxing (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or coaching credentials).?Experience working with children.?Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.?Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, fitness training, and injury prevention practices.?Ability to create inclusive programs tailored to individual needs.?Commitment to maintaining professionalism, safety, and ethical standards in all coaching activities.Salary: Competitive and based on experience.Benefits:?Commission payment (PT/ 1 to 1)?Performance bonuses (KPI based)?Access to gym facilities and Spa?Opportunities for professional development and growth?Supportive and inclusive work environment- Duty Hours/ week: Forty-Eight (48) Hours- Daily Quota: Six (6) sessions (6 group classes)- PT / 1 to 1: Applicable & unlimited as well beyond official work time?
