Boutique Manager - RiyadhQuest is working in partnership with a renowned luxury retail business who are looking for a Boutique Manager to be based in Riyadh. You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team for a very progressive organisation in the world of retail.As a Boutique Manager, you will:Provide clients with the highest level of customer service maintaining the brands high standards.In charge of sales and/or operations and bringing in new and existing clients through your own references.Assists the senior management to monitor the boutique KPIs.Ensure smooth day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.Manage a team of 4-6 professionals.Essential skills and background:Bachelors or a masters degree in business or any relevant subject.At least 5-8 years experience in luxury retail industry providing world class customer service to VIP and HNW clients.3-5 years of management experience running a boutique/store for high end fashion/jewellery/watches.Arabic language is a plus and not a must.This is a great opportunity for you to work in a dynamic and progressive organization.
