Monitor opportunities in both of e-portals and local market? Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work or not? Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, knowing your company?s operating and profit margins and understanding the clients? specific requirements? Conducting site visits with fully understanding of the necessary resources/requirements to perform the job? working with key members of the project team and the client to obtain the information required to compile the bid? assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks related to the bid? Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice? Researching, writing, and checking of all required documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ,?)? Ensures the completeness and accuracy of proposal documents, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts? Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance? Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process? Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements? Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings? Responding to clients? and other stakeholders? queries before, during and after the bid submission? Reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed
