Major construction group located in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Bid Manager with strong experience in PPP. Candidates MUST have a thorough understanding of full PPP projects including (Construction/civil engineering, Financial as well as Legal. Candidates will be required to Manage, co-ordinate and prepare multi-disciplinary bid proposals for PPP projects.Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering with 15 years plus experience in Complex Bid Management, with at least 2 years specific experience in PPP Bid Management?
