  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Train new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
  7. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  8. Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract customers.
  9. Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage offerings.
  10. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
