The successful candidate will employ their coffee knowledge and interpersonal skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers? satisfaction.Main Responsibilities

  • Making different beverages while adhering to the given recipes and ensuring˙ that beverages meet our quality standards
  • Maintain brewing equipment functionality and reporting possible issues
  • Being attentive to customers? orders and preferences
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach while presenting Calo?s culture and values
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
