Job Description

JOB TITLE: BaristaREPORTS TO TITLE: Store ManagerJob Summary:Responsible for taking beverages and food orders from the guests. Delivers exceptional service to all guests by adhering to ALFRED?s service standards and SOP?s, whilst always maintaining the AG core values and SOP.Essential Duties, behavior, and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by either the SM or the Director of Operations.

  • Should be Hospitable, Polite, and have an outwardly friendly attitude with all our guests who arrive at Alfred.
  • Educating customers about the different types of coffees available for consumption; Promoting merchandise by selling coffee, brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies.
  • To ensure everything is set up for the BOD & EOD by arranging, restocking, and cleaning.
  • Responsible for the store Stock on hand and Inventory.
  • Leading by example to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks as per the brand?s guidelines.
  • Deputy to the Senior Barista should perform most of the Senior Baristas Tasks.
