Youll work in a full-service office environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Engage in complex debt restructurings, both conventional and Islamic finance, across various financing areas and asset classes, including Shariah-compliant structured products. Youll work closely with a renowned Finance Partner and collaborate with our Middle Eastern practice and global colleagues.Ideal candidates are qualified lawyers with experience in banking and finance legal matters, preferably in Saudi Arabia and the ME. You should be client-focused, intellectually curious, ambitious, and possess commercial acumen. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive individuals who are keen on building lasting client relationships will thrive in this role. Professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
