Job Description

ObjectivesOur client is a newly established business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs organic supermarkets and restaurants, is?searching for skilled & creative Baker who strive to provide excellent baked organic/ gluten free items and service in an efficient, professional manner.?Key responsibilities:

  • Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts, pizza, etc.
  • Designing and improving recipes.
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
  • Decorating and displaying finished products.
  • Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized
  • Assess the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards
  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
  • Establish production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
  • Oversee the routine maintenance of baking equipment to ensure efficient operations
