Responsibilities & Skills:?Must have strong AV Technical Support (Audio Visual) experience, with extensive experience of managing AV devices, faults and supporting AV services, calls, service requests and planned changes.?Must have knowledge of AV devices (i.e., Video, Audio, Video/Audio Conference, Control, Digital signage Devices).?Must have strong knowledge in Video Conference and Soft Conference Systems.?Must have knowledge to provide instant design solutions.?Must have some installation experience.?Must have knowledge to organize & provide event support.?Must have moderate/strong Control System & Audio DSP Programming.?Must have an excellent communication skill.?Excellent client facing experience
