Should have min of 11 to 12 years of Banking domain experience(Corporate / Retail / Cards / Core banking /Digital Banking etc.,)
Involve in Agile methodology to deliver best quality of the product by Automation
Provide peer feedback, testing, and support in a fast-paced, agile team environment
Develop and expand existing Automation framework with open source tools
Manage the onshore / offshore team in accomplishing goals and priorities.
Design, develop and document the test automation framework
Develop and support new automated testing infrastructure and processes
Design and implement frameworks for testing Web Services
Manage estimations, allocation of people and financial resources for entire STLC.
Must have experience in preparing effective test strategy document,
Should have knowledge in preparing Test plan, Test Strategy documents
Should have knowledge in Functional testing concepts like Testing Design Techniques, Defect Life cycle, Defect Management tool, Sanity, Smoke, Regression testing..etc
