Role Purpose:Maintains highest levels of service & standards against the SQCDME KPI?s, ensuringprinciples are applied to control processes and management systems.ú Drives ?Damaway? Implementation and coaches his peers towards operationalExcellence through Best Practices and Manufacturing StandardsImprove both functional competencies & CODE behaviors to create high-performingteams.Key Accountabilities:ú Provide automation & process control configuration, and on-call support for operationsat 24/7 production plant.ú Perform fault finding, upgrades and process optimization on all PLC systems, SCADA& HMIs, and redundant I/O servers, SQL servers and Historian Servers.ú Optimize automation systems and operator aids in order to reduce workload andincrease efficiency. Attend to Automation related breakdown maintenanceactivities/tasks.ú Ensure that all breakdowns and preventative maintenance and/or scheduledmaintenance activities are carried out to high standards of workmanship.ú Support process control-related activities of site capital projects to ensure all Projectsand interventions in the Automation system and infrastructure are executed as per DEWAutomation standards.ú Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.ú Adhere to quality, safety, health, housekeeping, and environmental standards/criteria,policies, and procedures.ú Review/maintain/update related documentation, files, procedures, databases,drawings, and schematics to ensure the integrity of the unit instrument and processcontrol technologies.ú Support and maintain Site Data Historian
