1 Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with company policy2 Identify the financial risk on payment process and provide control recommendation3 Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations4 visit and spot checks of operational activities, inventory and cash management5 Check and verify payroll system and payments6 Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.7 Ensure transactions flow from system and follow approval cycle8 Manage resources and audit assignments.9 Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls. 10 Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.11 Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.12 Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.13 Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.Candidate requirement:1 Strong communication skills to work with Accountants and other coworkers2 Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers3 Exceptional mathematical skills to verify entries4 Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions5 Excellent research skills to find all related information needed6 Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
