To provide support in overseeing the planning team, monitoring the progress of projects, managing schedule and monitoring the development process ensuring that project implementation is progressing according to plan and that the development and construction aspects are aligned with The Red Sea Development Company?s (TRSDC) business objectives and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:Strategic Contribution
Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan, and target and execute the strategic agenda of the Planning function to deliver TRSDC?s vision and mission.
Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Planning function and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company?s strategy.
Leadership
Coordinate the activities of the planning team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently in line with the strategic plans, policies and procedures.
Manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performances and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
Serve as a role model to ensure employees? awareness and commitment to TRSDC?s vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources and continuously improve performance.
