The Associate will be responsible for:Working with sector experts to curate ideas across different sectors such as healthcare, sustainability, technology, etc.Researching trends and societal challenges, and ideate relevant high-level solutionsAttending and contributing to global conferences with a view to promote the Think Tank and its work, and attract partnersSourcing latest developments in technology, that will help solve global issues (AI, Robotics, etc.)Building an ecosystem of knowledge by networking with universities, start-ups, institutions, corporates, governments, subject matter experts, thought leaders, etc.Collaborating with other teams within the organisationCreating models/forecasts that might uncover economic/social disruptorsProfileThe successful candidate will be/have:An extremely strong academic background - at least a Bachelors degree (ideally a Masters degree) in a relevant field of study, from a leading institutionAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and must have a portfolio of well-researched ideasA self-starter, and able to work individually as well as in a teamStrong quantitative and qualitative research skillsSolution-oriented, and have the ability to think abstractlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to debate and create strong cases for ideasJob OfferApart from the opportunity to work on extremely forward-thinking projects, an attractive salary package is on offer for this role.
