Associate Director - Interiors - HospitalityRiyadh, Saudi Arabia?? Lead project teams to develop design concepts for projects.? Efficiently lead the design process, project presentation and guide the support team to ensure the project outcome meets the design excellence requirements.? Fully develop interior design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for authority submissions, tender and construction.? Plan project and subordinate designer work flows.? Assist with resourcing requirements and planning for studio projects.? Clarify scope of work and prepare return brief for review.? Review cost control for interior design projects.? Mentor, train, supervise and manage senior and junior designers to produce good design and standard detailing.? Ensure senior and junior designers adhere to the policy.?
