The Associate Director - Digital (Web) will oversee the design, development, deployment and management of the websites portfolio. The objective of this role is to create engaging and user-friendly websites for the organisation.The Associate Director - Digital (Web) will be based in Riyadh.Client DetailsOur client is an iconic Saudi Vision 2030 Real Estate and Property development.DescriptionThe Associate Director - Digital (Web) will be responsible for:Leading a team of web developers, designers and content creators to deliver engaging and user-friendly websitesEnhancements and revamps of existing websites as necessaryEnsuring maintenance, stability and security of websitesUser experience (UX) research and improvementsReporting on performance and insights from websitesBudget management for web portfolioProfileThe Associate Director - Digital (Web) will be/have:At least a Bachelors degree in Digital Media, Web Design or related fields of study (Masters degree or relevant certifications are preferred)10+ years of experience in web design, development, and managementProven track record of delivering and managing websites within mega projects, large-scale Real Estate and Property developments, destination marketing or tourism/hospitalityLeadership and team management skillsDeep knowledge of website development processes and working with content teamsHeadless CMS experience; Sitecore is a plusExperience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, PowerBI) and SEO best practices.Excellent project management skillsKnowledge of the latest trends and technologies in web design/developmentCreative, with a strong understanding of UXBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhJob OfferAn attractive salary package, along with family benefits, is on offer for the Associate Director - Digital (Web)
