Associate Director - Civil Discipline Lead Location MENA Role Associate Director * ShareThe TeamAs part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Riyadh, KSA. Cundall have been working on projects in KSA for almost 15 years, so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services. This is something that has been in the planning for quite some time and our new office in Riyadh will complement the existing regional offices in the UAE and Qatar and provide a much stronger and resilient regional business structure.The RoleThe discipline leaders will be will be responsible for the day to day operational leadership and management of their respective discipline groups as well as participating in the overall operational management of the KSA business. Leading teams of up to 15 staff they shall report directly to the KSA General Manager and collaborate with the Regional and Global discipline leaders. The role will primarily focus on project delivery, people management and technical excellence, but will also include proactively supporting the General Manager with: * Business planning and strategic market assessments* Work winning and Client relationship management* Commercial and Financial management and control* Recruitment and resource management* Project management and deliveryThe SkillsThe candidate shall be highly motivated, entrepreneurial and technically excellent with a track record in management and project delivery.
