Handle the full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
Assess, feedback and upgrade every single construction process and procedure to ensure that the internal quality controls are set and maintained
Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the company operation is in place
Conduct vendor audits to ensure they meet the companys minimum quality requirement
Manage all quality related procedures and ensure proper implementation and conformity
Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Control Plan Initiate and drive quality improvement or engineering projects driven by customers input or feedback
Address to products and process non-conformances
Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action
Evaluate and develop improvement plans for inspection, sampling, system and work methods related to QC activities
Identify training plan and provide training to all QA/QC personnel where necessary.
