Job Description

  • Provide assistance to the Procurement officer in purchasing.
  • Maintain the record of MRs, Quotations, POs for the future use.
  • Create comparison statement and POs after consulting with Procurement manager.
  • follow up the supplier for their quotations and for timely delivery of material as per agreed time and conditions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractor for the best and favorable terms and conditions to achieve the desired budget.
  • Compile the reports as required by procurement manager.
