SummaryAssists and supports the department overall operations management of planning, inventory control and warehousing for effective management of stock items under all sub-inventories of Supply Chain Management.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Assists in reviewing and reporting of short-dated/damaged/rejected stock items to suppliers and ensure replacement is received and system transactions are updated timely.2.Assists in reviewing re-order point, planning, safety, zero stock and slow-moving or non-moving items reports.3.Assists in monitoring system activities to ensure accurate inventory transactions are carried-out efficiently.4.Coordinates the disposal process for stock items with Supplies Planning, Warehousing and Property Management to ensure completion of all documentation.5.Participates in conducting physical inventory and cycle count process for all items stored in Supply Chain Management warehouses and stores and ensure effective inventory management.6.Assists the custodians of warehouses/stores under Supply Chain Management to ensure proper stock rotation and resolve any variances discovered in the inventory.7.Participates in developing and enhancing warehousing, receiving oracle system in coordination with Healthcare Information Technology Affairs (HITA).8.Liaises inventory functions between all KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) sites to ensure effective utilization of items and minimizes wastage of supplies.9.Follow-up transactions of items under return/disposal sub-inventories with Manager, Inventory Control and ensure replacement of items by suppliers.10.Assists in counselling, evaluating performance of subordinates and provides training for staff.11.Ensures effective utilization of personnel, equipment and facilities.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience including two (2) years supervisory capacity with Masters Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelors Degree of is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/A
