Responsible for the performance of maintenance in buildings, grounds and facilities in support of Customer Aviation Base Operations and airfield. Requirements include custodial services, a variety of semi-skilled work in maintenance, repair and minor upkeep of various buildings. These requirements include but are not limited to minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, concrete and asphalt repair and the full range of custodial services associated with the care, maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of various Customer Aviation buildings and properties.
