Job Description

As an Asphalt Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of an asphalt plant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets production targets.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the asphalt plant, including scheduling and coordinating production activities.
  2. Monitor and maintain the quality of asphalt produced, ensuring it meets the required specifications.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages.
  4. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all plant personnel.
  5. Maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, production rates, and downtime.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Experience in operating and maintaining an asphalt plant.
  2. Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes and equipment.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
