Job Description

We would like to hire 2 area managers in our brand Java Caf? who have experience for 7 years at least in the food and beverage industry and preferred in the coffee shop industry. His age should not exceed 35 years old. These are the points need it for the candidate:

  • To follow up maintenance issues / Store issue / other issue to the right department.
  • Area Manager Checklist & Action Plan
  • To make sure that the store fixture, stock and marketing materials are properly organized.
  • Ensuring that the store has the right man power according to the business needs.
  • To make sure that the store has the appropriate licenses required by the government.
  • Evaluating their knowledge or skills on the basic station skills accordingly.
  • Giving constant refreshment and develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Sending them on their training needs for knowledge and career growth.
  • Give assessment feedback to the staff for them to be aware with their performance reviews.
  • Ensure that all the staff have the valid government required IDs (Igama and Baladiya)
  • To make sure that the staffs are wearing required company is standard uniforms on daily basis.
  • Daily monitoring their sales, wastages, usage and variances.
  • Consolidates customer complaints and suggestions to meet their needs.
  • Schedule punctuality will be monitoring through daily attendance report
  • Monthly Target versus Sales / COGS / WASTAGE & VARIANCES
  • Email reply and follow up ( variance report / Department Issue / )
  • Implementation of SOP / MEMORANDUMS / COMPANY POLICY
  • Innovation?/ Creativity / Aggressive
  • Weekly & Monthly Sales report presentation & Action Plan
  • Knowledgeable in reading P & L and set action plan
  • Auditor Report findings and Action Plan
  • Leadership and Motivation to the Staff / Behavior & Attitude
  • Higher Management Feedback and recommendation
  • Monitoring the stock items expirations and recommended for suggestive selling.
  • Develop the cashier?s performance on selling to achieve business goals.
  • Conducts store cash & product spot check randomly.
The salary range from 5500 SR to 8000 SR and will be identified based on the interview.
