Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing multiple branches in the region, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance and growth.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple branches in Riyadh.
  2. Ensure branch compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  3. Monitor and analyse branch performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  5. Train, coach, and motivate branch teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy, proper cash handling, and adherence to operational guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  8. Identify market trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Prepare and present reports on branch performance, market trends, and sales strategies to senior management.
  10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  7. Knowledge of the local market and consumer behaviour in Riyadh.
  8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  9. Flexibility to travel between branches in Saudi Arabia .
