The Area Manager reports to the Regional Operations Manager.Supervise team Members and/or manage the function of the organization Stores, or program.AM will direct Team Members assignment of operations and maintain uniform application of the organization˙standard policy, law, and appropriate procedures and techniques.˙Other duties include recommending policy changes, conferring with officials and Team members on significant problems discovered, preparing budget, and improving audit procedures and techniques. Incumbents may perform the most complex audits.˙The AM performs professional work involving conducting operational and financial results for Business Segment and provides input to the development of the annual Operations plan.˙Additionally, the AM maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards and works under limited supervision, with some latitude for initiative and independent judgment.Leads or conducts audits of diverse and complex business units and may supervise Team Members on audit engagements.˙Designs and executes internal controls testing for moderately complex operations with some integrated components.˙Provides key input to the development of the annual Operations audit plan.˙Provides training and coaching to Team Members.
