Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple properties in our real estate portfolio. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all properties in your territory, improving profitability, and maintaining high-quality standards. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with tenants and vendors.Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to attract and retain tenants
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and financial status
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with local and state regulations and company policies
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs for all properties in your territory
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
