Conduct monthly communication sit-down with all Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisor ? Make sure to motivate employees and make sure all disciplinary actions are also in place ? Make sure all reports are submitted on the time on every department ? Make sure all store equipment?s are available and operational. Coordination with Maintenance and Equipment department must be in place ?
