Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate specialized architectural and engineering design efforts for healthcare projects, ensuring integration with the client?s team and medical equipment suppliers.Oversee the development of detailed room layouts and room data sheets across all departments and areas of the project.Collaborate closely with all relevant disciplines to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), ICT, architectural, and interior design requirements.Manage the creation of comprehensive documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans, aligned with shop drawings and construction needs.Provide specialized technical support to ensure the design intent is implemented precisely on-site.Participate actively in coordination meetings to support smooth project workflows and timely issue resolution.Ensure all design and documentation to meet applicable quality standards, safety protocols, and healthcare-specific building codes.SkillsRequirements:Bachelor?s degree in architecture.Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare architectural design.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
