1. The ability to visualize & create concepts and explain it to Client & others.2. Responsible of Preliminary and Final Design stages of any project from ides to Shop Drawings and Execution.3. Profession in 3d visualization and Advance In computer software such as 3D MAX , AutoCAD (2D), Adobe Photoshop, (latest Edition).4. Shop Drawings & detailing of all Architecture & Interior design field from floor to ceiling & Able to sketch detailed drawing on computer.5. Must be proficient in / or knowledgeable in material type and specifications of finishes.6. Profession in making mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors and materials.7. Bill of quantity.8. Has excellent experience on SUPERVISING on site as (site management base on project we handle and has experience of implantation and resolve problem & issue on site.9. Report to the General Manager on a weekly basis regarding status of drawings for project tenders and for individual clients.
