  • Oversee the generation of coordinated Civil, Structural and shop drawings
  • Supervise architectural draftsman for the production of shop drawings
  • Work out details of layout and materials

  1. To coordinate between engineers and the consultants about the details in order to ensure compliance with contracted specifications.
  • Ensure that all relevant design drawings are received and referred to
  • Check design drawings and ensure the correctness
ÿ3.ÿÿÿÿÿTo coordinate with material suppliers in order to ensure conformity with specifications, budgetary provisions and time frame.
  • Provide guidelines to suppliers for sticking to design specifications
  • Provide details to subcontractors on issues related with design and specifications
4.ÿÿÿÿÿTo carry out the management of project design drawings in order to facilitate good standards of record keeping and easy references.
  • Maintain record book of rejected works and relevant remarks
  • Coordinate with other architects
  • Track Document Management System to ensure correct drawing versions are maintained.
POSITION REQUIREMENTSQualificationsBachelor?s Degree in ArchitectureExperience4 - 7 yearsRelevant experience in a large construction industry and experience in GCC countries with respect to construction regulations and execution of project.People Success Factors:
