Role Description:Providing a leadership role with specialized technical delivery, long-term planning, and decision making on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects; responsibility for all aspects of technical performance, quality, and client interface on projects; mentoring of lower-level staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Designing, managing and leading the technical activities and preparation of reports and other documents of large projects through providing advanced-level technical inputs Ensuring that all assigned project tasks are delivered within or at the agreed budget Leading the collection, compilation, presentation and evaluation/analysis of complex field,literature and technical data. Undertaking and present interpretations, analysis designs, studies, conclusions and decisions forcomplex projects Promoting and leading advanced technical solutions in a specialized field within the respective discipline. Undertaking complex technical, regulatory and third party consultation on large, complex projects Reviewing the work and assessing the performance of lower-level staff on projects Providing advice and mentoring to lower-level staff and assist in their professional development Fostering and supporting improved skills, expertise/knowledge and desires towards technicalexcellence in practice area Developing and standardizing procedures to collect/collate relevant data and solve technical problems Undertaking client relationship management activities with existing and potential clients Assisting with or as agreed, lead preparation of proposals/tenders Maintaining and implementing corporate policies and standards and their application on projects,including applying prescribed health, safety, and environment and QA/QC systems to assignedtasks. Maintaining fee-earning utilization at agreed level.
