A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY is looking to hire an Architect.Function Accountability

Contribute to the design of construction projects in line with strategic priorities.
Conduct analysis and support preparation of blueprints and design specifications for development projects.
Conduct feasibility analysis on preliminary designs and work closely with engineering teams to shortlist design options to be presented to management.
Incorporate management inputs, make necessary changes, and support finalization of structural designs Contribute towards the preparation of documentation and process guides to support engineering teams and site contractors.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment of construction activities with designs
Coordinate with engineering teams and site contractors to ensure the efficient execution of design.
Identify industry best practices and incorporate suitable elements in company projects designs.
Ensure compliance of all designs with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms.
