Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive design integration and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct clash detection and coordinate design changes to optimize project workflows.
  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and visualizations for presentations and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and best practices in BIM implementation.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and decisions.
  • Stay current with advancements in BIM technologies and industry trends.
(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)
