Job Description

AR Manager Our company, a leading organization in the private sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AR Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The AR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing a high volume of accounts receivable.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications
  2. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
  3. Implement and maintain credit policies to minimize risk and maximize collections
  4. Resolve any customer disputes or billing discrepancies in a timely manner
  5. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and credit terms
  6. Prepare and present regular reports on AR aging, cash collections, and bad debt reserves
  7. Manage relationships with key clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  8. Implement process improvements to streamline the AR function and increase efficiency
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AR management.
